All of us have god-given talents. It is up to us to discover those talents. Some things in life will come natural and others we need to work really hard at. When one discovers his god-given talent, he/she must not waste the talent, they must refine that talent.

Remember I am here to train you and I always have your best interest in mind. I am hard but I am fair. Everyone is equal in my class. I do not care where you come from, how much money you make, or what your job title is, I will treat you the same as any other student. There isn't any racial bigotry, favoritism, or discrimination in this class. I treat all of my students equal/the same. I will always do my best to be impartial, just, and fair.

Discipline - Work hard when no one is watching
Discipline is essential to your success. You must be willing to do hard work when you are out of class and when no one is looking. You have to also be willing to study everyday. You must study even when you do not feel like it. That is what it takes to improve your English skills. That is what makes a champion.

Support from Family and friends is very important to your success. We all need a little push in the right direction sometimes. You need to find someone who you can practice with out of class. If you do not have anyone to practice with I will find one of my other students to pair up with you so you can practice out of class without your trainer.

Heavy defeats, failures, and loss - Mishaps and shortcomings
The feeling of failure and loss can be depressing and tough to get through. I know from experience how it feels to fail and lose. I was once a student and I failed lots exams and lost job opportunities that were devastating. You must pick yourself up and endeavor to persevere. Never Give up, Never quit even when the bright light at the end of the tunnel is just a faint light in the distance.

Even when the challenges in life that we face can be intimidating, we know that if you can adapt, improvise, and overcome you will be victorious. Remember I am not promising a walk in the rose garden. To be a champion takes courage, discipline and the wiliness to take on challenges not because they are easy but because they are hard. That is what makes a champion. You need the tools and the heart to be a champion.

Endeavor to Persevere

"Endeavor to persevere" means to diligently continue working towards a goal, even when facing challenges or difficulties. It emphasizes the importance of persistent effort and determination in achieving success. The phrase combines the act of "endeavoring" (trying hard) with the principle of "persevering" (not giving up).
