Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, and Facebook; schedule tutoring sessions across multiple time zones using Google Calendar.
Process invoicing, track payments, update student databases, and maintain confidential records in Google Sheets or Workspace.
Support operations like tutor onboarding, event coordination, and basic bookkeeping while liaising between founder, staff, and clients.

Qualifications We Seek
